
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, as a small business, I rely on your commitment to my services. To ensure fairness to both parties, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or changes to your scheduled pet sitting/dog walking services. This allows me time to adjust my schedule and potentially accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full service fee.

Emergency Situations:

I understand that emergencies can arise, such as sudden illness or family emergencies. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs with compassion and flexibility.

No-Show Policy:

If I arrive for a scheduled pet sitting/dog walking visit and am unable to access your home or provide services due to your absence, the full service fee will be charged.

Rescheduling:

I understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. I will make every effort to accommodate your request for a different service date and time, depending on my availability.
